October: Drying of Paddy

Drying of straight paddy

There is 23% - around 30% of moisture of straight paddy which is in dryer, but suffers more than 20 hours at drying time because we lower it to around 15% slowly.

Hulling the rice

Dry Inui paddy does hulling the rice after cooling for approximately 2-3 days.
Hulling the rice posts intercalation, rotary difference with rubber roll and hangs power. Then chaff comes off from brown rice naturally and we send wind there and sort brown rice and chaff.

Sorting

We sort size in sorting network of 1.85mm this time, and, in the sorted brown rice, it is with "Akitakomachi" which pieces of rice more than 1.85mm that remained on the net send to, and, as for the thing which fell from net (small piece of rice which is lower than it), it is with processing rice such as cakes of rice.
